I enjoyed the customer service from the moment I walked in till the time I picked up my vehicle. The technicians keep me posted throughout the process which gave me an idea of how far along they were and to also notify me with the completion. My car was ready within a week and I was able to get back on my feet. I appreciate there time and dedication to their work and everyone deserves a raise! Amazing job!

From the moment I walked in, their customer service was professional, friendly, and very helpful. They made sure I stayed informed throughout the repair process and answered all of my questions. I also want to thank the entire team at Gerber Collision. Even though I may not know everyone’s names, every staff member I interacted with was respectful, welcoming, and clearly dedicated to doing great work.
