The emails went to my trash box so I initially did not get the updates but once I realized it, everything went great. They were very informative and complete and kept me updated on what was going on with my repair. The final process and payment was quick and easy.

I had to point out 2 dents and I had to tell them that the front bumper needed replacing. This was wfter they called me to come pick it up and that it was all ready. Truck had to stay in shop several more days. The lower part of the front bumper they replaced is white and does not match.

It was good most if the time. The manager of the repairs to my vehicle did not even come apologize when I picked up my truck the second time. Someone else helped me. The guy in charge of my truck just looked at his computer the entire time I was in the office.

I'm 55 and never been completely happy with experiences with paint and body shops before. Jessica and Noami did an excellent job with customer service. Truck was finished on time and as promised. This is a FIRST time ever. Work was top notch and flawless. A nice surprise was when truck was picked up, it was clean BOTH inside and out. Great job! Ted Sparks

the shop fixed the damage to the car but the craftsmanship isnt as good as other shops ive been to.

there are wrinkles in the door that was worked on, i found and removed tape used during thr painting still on the vehicle. some of the plastic pieces in the front wheel well were not replaced at all.
