Great communication and pleased with the work performed. Estimate was $3k-$4k and ended up $5k so a little surprised that it was off that much. Also your website has a $100 coupon and was told its not accepted in Florida though found no mention of that on your web site.

The customer service was great. I had to make two appointments because I showed up for the first appointment and the receptionist told me that I did not have one on that day. I am not sure who scheduled it but they must have put me on the wrong day. Other than that I had a good experience.
