Mr. David Jenness and his Assistant (Amanda) at Gerber Collision & Glass were extremely polite and professional. This newly-opened business near Julington Creek is outstanding in every way. They were highly-recommended by my State Farm agent, when I needed a 2nd opinion - following a bad experience at N. Florida Lincoln Mercury and North Florida Collision. Mr. David Jenness (Gerber Collision) coordinated the repairs with RPM Automotive (next door) and the paperwork was handled seamlessly with State Farm Insurance for payment. There is a Hertz rental center 2 doors down in case you need a rental car. Mr. David Jenness (Gerber Collision) and the team at RPM Automotive (Mr. Paul Ciancutti and Mr. Shawn Fuller) surpassed my expectations in every way. Mr. Jenness (Gerber Collision) handled the towing of my car from N. Florida Lincoln Mercury and I received daily updates by phone and text from David about the status of the repairs to my car. Customer service is "everything" in the collision and auto repair business. I am extremely pleased with how promptly the work was completed. These professionals have won my business because they are honest, kept me informed with timely updates, and provided outstanding customer service.
