Good communication on the status of my vehicle. When my car wasn't ready when promised, Gerber covered the extra days with the rental for me. Also did a follow-up after my vehicle was done to make sure I wasn't having any issues and was satisfied with the work. Well use them in the future.

The fitment of the body panels was not very good. This may be because everything was aftermarket but it just doesn’t look right. Paint work appears to be very good.

My family has always had good luck with Gerber. I think because Janesville is a newly opened location they are still working out kinks. Overall the glass repairs looks good just lacking communication.

Glass repair looks great but communication was very much lacking and timing was longer than it should have been.

Gerber kept me informed, did a fantastic job with the repairs and making me car beautiful again. With all of the shipping and product concerns out there I was a little worried but it worked out super and within a good amount of time. I was very happy with the entire process.

Janesville was great 10, Madison was unorganized, at times argumentative and unwelcoming borderline rude or felt like they were talking down to me. Madison 5 and that’s generous, nicest person I met in Madison was one of the guys fixing the cars walked by while I was waiting and was very personable
