The communication was poor. A part on my car was delayed and its arrival, thereby pushing back the expected date of pick up by a week. I was not informed of this and had to call for additional information on the original pick up date. Additionally, my headlights were not calibrated properly and had to be reset.

I cannot answer that yet, my vehicle is still in need of minor repair as stated before.

I have to return my vehicle after a four month repair window because the door to open the gas intake hose would not open. The engine compartment is covered in sanding dust, the hood was left up in the work shop. Also the replacement wheel on the drivers side rear was rusted, I have since painted it.

My vehicle has been in the shop for almost a month now and I can’t get any updates from anyone after numerous calls recently. I dropped off my 2012 Ford Fusion during the first part of February to have some simple door damage fixed and the driver’s side door replaced from an accident. When I came in to pickup the vehicle after I was told it was repaired, I saw the vehicle hooked up to a trickle charger which I thought was very odd. They told me the battery died because it hadn’t been driven much in the last several weeks being in the shop. When I looked over the repairs and got in my car, the radio was no longer working and it was working just fine when I dropped off the car so something happened to the radio while either replacing the front driver’s side door or hooking up the trickle charger. I left the car at the shop to have the radio repaired which was working great when I dropped it off but I can’t get any updates on my vehicle after calling numerous times in the last week. I want my radio repaired and my car back. This is getting ridiculous.
