Overall, the work looks great. I do have some small issues with the final product. I believe some of the wiring when the hatch was replaced was either not finished or not done correctly. I think the polarity on my rear windshield wiper is reversed as the wiper now sweeps downward away from the Glass. As well, I have no turn signals on the rear.

Johnson City Gerber on the Bristol Highway was very easy to work with and deliver an excellent result. The staff were very kind and answered all of my questions. The service was quick, I got my vehicle back days before the initial expected completion date and my vehicle was in great condition. The repair left my vehicle looking like it had never been damaged and they also cleaned the inside and outside of the car, thanks Gerber. I would recommend this location to any that are in need of collision repairs.

Gerber's body repair on the back of my vehicle is excellent. Thank you!! My reverse camera continues to operate sporadically so that issue was not addressed, unfortunately.

Would highly recommend sending friends and family to Gerbers if they needed their services. I’m personally grateful for Amber and the gentleman who is the painter ( I didn’t get his name) because they helped me get parts painted for my vehicle when no other shops wanted to help me out.

Amber was very friendly and very helpful. The gentleman who is the painter was also very friendly and very helpful. I couldn’t ask for a better experience to get the parts I needed painted completed. When I received the painted parts, they matched my vehicles paint perfectly. Gerbers collision got the job I needed done where other shops didn’t want my business because it was a small job. Will definitely send anyone that needs their service to them. I’m very satisfied with my whole experience with Gerbers Collision. Five outta five stars.

The Body shop touched up my truck as requested.

Asked about touching up parking lot dings, the person checking me in circled in yellow about 12 places around the body to touch up. Got the van back with no touch up and all the yellow circles gone.

Hood ajar warning and check engine light are on and we’re not on when I initially brought the car in for repair. I just picked up the car after leaving it for 48 hours and neither issue was resolved
