The front bumper on the drivers side does not match up properly. After stopping the first time, and it was really noticeable and they kept it for another day to try and fit it. After the second time they tried to make it right it was still of blamed on the bracket style Toyota uses. Not impressed with there finished work.

The customer service was ok but the quality of workmanship is lacking. Its a 2023 rav4 mint condition with only 7k miles on it that I bought new. It is not lining up right on drivers side with a light hit.

We can’t say enough good things about our experience here in Johnstown. Paul went over and above to treat us with kindness and his sense of expertise. Em, who met us upon arrival was gracious and kept us updated and Ashley who prepared the estimate was as gracious and on spot with what she found. The tech and repair guys did a wonderful repair job on the car.

work was done well but the pick up notice and lack of updates were a bit disappointing.

repairs mostly completed ahead of schedule and we were called and told we could pick it up early. Then we arrived and it wasn't ready we had to come back 2 hours later. I do give them credit for staying late and completing it, but we would have preferred to pick it up 1 day later than have to make 2 trips and tied up our whole evening.

once again communication between shop and office seems a bit lacking. Called and told it would be ready that evening and then it wasn't maybe they should wait to confirm there aren't any last minute hold ups with the repairs.
