Ashley Russell prepared the estimate for the repair, and was very helpful throughout. I had to reschedule my initial appt., due to unexpected incident with our other vehicle. She was able to reschedule appointment without delay. Also, her office assistant was helpful. Repair looks very good. Owner gave thorough explanation of work completed.

Not the best on time estimates, we were initially told 5-6 days, then several days in were told by the end of the month but they would try to complete it sooner. We were then told the 28th, but they thought it would be “by the end of this week”. We ended up receiving it 4/29
