I was in an accident with a deer and took my vehicle to their shop for the repairs. The only thing that was done was external damages were repaired, but nothing was repaired as far as damage underneath the hood, and I was given the excuse the insurance company had to approve of something because of codes popping up, the codes popping up are because of the check engine light being on from the accident. so I'm so confused as to why internal repairs were not done, but only external repair repairs were done regarding the same accident.. a gentleman was supposed to reach out to my insurance company, and I have not heard anything since picking up my vehicle.
