Front office staff were very friendly and kept me up to date. When Safelight screwed up the order for the back window twice I was very happy Paul had a Plan B. Also appreciated the personal phone calls explaining what they were doing.

Although it took Us an extremely long time 4 and 1/2 months to get Our daughters jeep back, it was NOT the shops fault it was an insurance issue the caused the back up!!

At first there wasn't very much communication at all!! And when promised they would call back it didn't happen!! Then I have spoken to Paul and explained to him I'm easy going on very patient so please don't say your going to call and don't! We all get busy and i understand things happen, which they do after that ... Paul kept to his promise to return calls when said he said he would and was absolutely wonderful after that!!
