The headlights were not adjusted properly so I need to go back to get that fixed. Aldo the repairs too much longer that they should have, in part because Gerber found some additional damage and to order new parts—all of the damage should have been seen up front to all parts would have been delivered sooner.

Well I was originally told at signing that it would be a two day repair, ha! It was three day because the tech had no one to go to for a minor problem so he had to wait to or his supervisor to as answer. There no one to else to ask? Then there was pick up, they did not get the correct parts and had to reorder, so I have to wait another week to get the repair finalized So no I was not completely satisfied

Not satisfied with the process, as I stated in my first response Gerber was to order a part that apparently kept coming incorrectly. Here it is seven days later still no call, not even a return call from Gerber from when I asked them to return my call. Also I finally took my vehicle to the car wash and found that the grime on my. Windshield was from when it was washed at Gerber and apparently not funded off, just left to dry. Please don't bother if there is a next time. If I don't hear back my recourse will be to contact Safeco, I know they all ready paid you, but
