The staff in your reception area are friendly and professional. They explained all of the work and expenses in detail, and they communicated with me on a regular basis. They communicated with me several times during the process of the job to keep me informed of the progress. Everything good. However, was surprised that the initial number of days needed to do full repair was 8 days and then lengthened to 12 days total. Why so many days needed?? The in person appraiser and the make secretary were both very courteous and helpful.
