The repair made to the rear passenger side bumper is not as tight as I thought it would be. I was told that this is a well known Toyota issue surrounding clips that hold the bumper in place. However, I was assured the rear bumper would remain in place.

Staff is excellent. They continually kept me informed of the status of my repairs through texts and phone calls. The staff is professional, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. Coordination with all other organizations was expertly handled throughout the entire process. Gerber Collision would be recommend to handle future repairs.
