I took my Jeep Cherokee in to get fixed. But got it back with new problems . The initially problem was the driver's rear door (Hit and Run) Now that I have it back it has issues with the frame round windows. Yes it's under warranty. But now they're are saying they have to go back to my insurance company.They also kept my car for 30 days. Because they said they can only work on it a few hours a day.I do understand that some parts had to be ordered and the weather was not cooperating. Now wait to see how long my second issues going to take to get fixed. Bottom line cost too much and still not fixed. So over overall not happy with my service phone calls included

I was constantly communicated with which was really appreciated! Was always friendly and made sure I knew what was going on and time frames were accurate was actually supposed to get my car back early but some unforeseen things came up!would definitely recommend to others!
