My vehicle was dirty dusty and the tires were all dirty I believe sometime drove my car. The mileage I was 2616 it is now 2620 I had a full tank of gas I want an explanation. Also there is a fingerprint smudge on the driver side door where there is a shiny black panel as a trim in the door. As I brought home my vehicle I wiped down the car because it full of dust! I noticed it . It is very obvious. I did not see it at the shop as I only viewed the repairs. And to my dismay I noticed it. It was NEVER there before! My 2021 Toyota Highlander is brand new! I have only owned it for 3 months! The smudge was done by the technician?! It sure looks like someone with chemical or some kind of solvent is in the panel I want it repaired and looked by your technician I will not be held responsible for this and not pay to have this issue resolved. Furthermore. I want to know why my car was driven 4 miles! added to my mileage. This is iimplorable unacceptable. I want an explanation and expect that my car will be taken back to the shop and have that unsightly smudged fingerprint removed at your expense. I would like a response as soon as possible. I may be reached at 808 282 0695 I am very displeased and yet I trusted Gerber Colision as I stand my by insurance carrier Liberty Mutual. Please reply Anna Lim

In my honest opinion, I am very pleased and satisfied with the repairs done on the vehicle. Good work. I however very disappointed to receive my car in the condition I received it and that I had to return it to have those incidentals removed and corrected.

My car needed a complete bumper assembly replacement and the entire process was quick and simple. They have a great estimator system to submit photos of the damage sustained as well as a notification system that told me where they were in the process of completion. Easy, easy, easy AND the repair work looked fantastic.
