I am completely satisfied with the workmanship on the repair. I am uneasy that the trunk lid feels lighter than the one that was damaged. I am assuming this is due to after-market parts. I hope that the new part will be as strong as the original one, but I am a bit uneasy about it.

Jessie is a very wonderful technician. I really care for her customers see something that need to be done just like wiping out the paint or fixing up my door and that is not part of the job that I had done but she was very efficient and really taking good care of customer a real asset for the company.

I would rate my experience a 6/10. The customer service was good, but I was frustrated with the condition my car was returned in. When I picked it up, a wire had not been reconnected properly, which caused warnings on my screen that the smart system and key were not detected. Although the issue was fixed, I later noticed a small dent on my driver-side back door that was not there before the repair. I was already frustrated at that point, so I decided not to bring the car back again. I appreciate the customer service, but I do feel the repair process could have been handled more carefully.
