What a wonderful experience I had! Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. Chad was easy to get a hold of and answered all my questions. Receptionist was very friendly and pleasant when calling and in person. The easy use of the rental car and the low cost of use was perfect! Loved the test messages! Great idea.

Would have given a 10 if they had removed the stickers from the replacement parts. That looks tacky leaving them on.
