This is the second time I have had a collision repaired by this location. Both times they said the car or truck was ready both times it wasn’t because there is no quality control, or whoever is running quality control does not know what they are doing.

Took car to get fixed, car was returned with several things that quality control should have caught, paint problems, not prepping the new parts, gaps between panels, and headlights not centered where they should be. When I picked it up, we looked at it, and the manager said oh yes, look there’s paint problems and the headlight isn’t adjusted correctly in the body panel and well that’s just how it came. That’s how the body part came from where we got it from but if you want to bring it back, we’ll fix it. So I brought it back and they had it for a couple of days and they returned it. Some of the items were fixed some of the items weren’t. Some of the questions that I asked about what is the gap between body panels supposed to be they had no idea. I said what does the book say they said we don’t have a book so I took the car. I’m going to take it to someplace else to get a quote and then I will bring it back to this location and see what they’re going to do. I am not happy and I will never come back except for them to fix what they didn’t fix this time thank you for your attention to this matter.
