I only recommend them because they work really close With Progressive.

The “F-150” logo did not have the correct adhesive and began to fall off the next day. The lug nuts to my left front tire were chipped and damaged. And Gerber wasn’t able to grantee the trucks safety, i.e. they couldn’t do a full inspection on my truck. Nor were they able to tell me if it was good to drive because there “wasn't a mechanic” at their shop. This wasn’t the best news to hear right before I pulled my truck away. I had to take it to a Firestone mechanic to work on it for 6 hours before it was roadtrip worthy.

They heavily relied on Progressive agents to keep me in the loop. I never received a quote, update, and email from Gerber. I had to keep calling and asking for these, and still didn’t get them. They would always tell me to go through the Progressive side. Nobody was communicating. I wish I knew what type of tire was going on my vehicle, gotten pictures of the fixes, and been kept in the loop. Lastly, Little note to fix; I never knew the secretary’s name because they would answer the phone and just say the company name and not who was speaking.
