I s order an 8 because when my vehicle was returned tome there was an obvious flaw in the workmanship that was quickly noticed by me. Their quality and control staff should have noticed this. I did give them an opportunity to make the corrections and they did.

First, I would like to recognize Debra and Natalija for their outstanding assistance and friendliness.They made us feel welcome and that they were there to help. Second, I appreciated the daly updates from Natalija which helped us plan a trip back to Killeen to pick up the car. Third, the repair job was very professional and turned out great, plus the car was washed and ready to go as scheduled. While the crew in the back did e great job, the crew in the front represented the company very well. Debra and Natalija earned a bonus for the way they manage the general public who walk in the front door.
