The staff at Gerbers was very professional from our first visit. The receptionist explained the process gave us the option of getting an estimate from the insurance or they would handle everything. When we chose them and set up a date to drop off my truck they coordinated a rental, from insurance, to be there, and had the adjuster there after they took the damaged parts off to get an accurate estimate. Chris explained the process and potential delays and kept us updated through the whole process. All of my questions and concerns were addressed promptly and they did an excellent job.
