1. I thought it would not take 2 full work weeks to complete. 2. I prefer my Hyundai SUV to the rental GMC SUV I had. The rental also did not have handicap plates as my vehicle has.

It took 2 work weeks to complete the repair. Parts could have been ordered before I needed to bring in my vehicle and incurred co-pays for a rental. That could have saved me up to a weeks co-pays.
