The finish is not smooth. There is a orange peel like texture to the finish as well as a drip spot on the right fender.

If the overall repair was better I would recommend but it was not. Everything else was good except the most important part which is how the car looks.

Everyone was nice but the work was poor quality. The first time they used panels on the bumper that were a completely different color and it was not lined up correctly. I had to take the car back to have it corrected. The 2nd time they did match the colors but it was still not flush and lined up with the other panel. You can tell that work was done on it.

I’m going to give them a 10. However, my only thing is if there is a hiccup in an insurance claim matter just as much as it is not their fault it is also not the person that was not liable in the wreck either. So if a customer calls and says hey I need you stick with that date bc my claim agent can work with it, then they should.

They were great. Only complaint would be they worked to fast. Haha did not give my insurance time to get my deductible from the other party so I did have to cover it. But again not the repair shop fault when it comes to insurance. They did an amazing job and had amazing communication throughout the process and was able to answer all questions and concerns related to their part.

Honestly only complaint would be I did call and tell them to keep the estimated finish date to give my insurance time to finish their process. Unfortunately, they were able to finish it like 9 days ahead of schedule. So good work on their part.

Gerbers employees were gracious and helpful from the beginning. I received updates on texting and calls during the time that they had my vehicle. When I came to pick up my Cherokee, the lady insisted on walking me out and asking if I had any questions. On top of everything they returned my vehicle washed and shined.

This is the third time that I have answered this, but maybe it’s getting lost in the shuffle. I wish you could give a 10+ or 16 or more the folks that work there were absolutely tremendous.. They called me almost daily to check in and let me know where the status of my vehicle was. They were all very pleasant folks.
