Josh was very polite and respectful. He kept me informed on the status of how my repairs were coming along while he worked on my car and when I needed my car by a certain date then he worked hard to make sure it was done by that date and even shook my hand after explaining all he had repaired in my car when I was picking it up! Nobody respects people like that anymore. Respect goes a long way!! Thank you Josh and the Gerber team!

The work was okay, however, a piece of of our bumper was lost and can’t be found, and on one rear quarter panel, it appears the TRD emblem that was there was just painted over. When we asked them to replace it, they don’t have it either, so now we are waiting for two pieces of the job that should have been done.
