I’m extremely satisfied with the repairs to our Nissan Rouge. The car looks like new. This car had $15,000 worth of damage and it once again rides like new. My contact at Gerber Zach kept me updated on the whole process with progress updates daily. I never once had to call the shop. I think repairs took much longer than expected But since my insurance company stopped paying on the rental vehicle, Gerber was good enough to pick up for the extra days it was needed they did apparently receive a faulty part which they had to return, which led to the repair is taking longer The repairs look awesome and staff is very agreeable to work with
