The repair on my car was excellent, however, the time it took to repair my vehicle was way too long, they told me the side panel of my car had to be ordered directly from Mitsubishi that’s why it was so long, however, when Mitsubishi was in Lagrange our brand new car had something wrong with the cluster panel which was also ordered directly from Mitsubishi & they accidents sent the wrong one so they had to reorder, then take different parts of the dash & other parts to put the cluster back in & all that took less time then the little bit that Gerber had to repair. I was told by the young lady at the desk when I had asked her how long it would take for the repair she said they were very behind. When I called Enterprise to get a car, they put me on hold for over a half & hour, so I just went out & purchased a Cadillac so I would have something to drive as Enterprise also had lousy service, very, very difficult disappointed as it almost took a month to repair just the drivers side rt. Front Panel & the headlight.Not any part of the door. Since we own an Auto, small engine repair, oil change & tire Business ourselves, I could have had my son to repair my vehicle but we have been very busy, however, the repair was excellent just the amount of time to repair it was not acceptable.
