Customer service was great. However my repairs did take 3x longer than quoted. However staff was very communicative with me through messaging. My main issue is the pain job done on my back hatch doesn’t look great. You can see some paint runs from it being painted white. I’m not sure if this is customary but it was dissatisfing being that it’s not a clean coat. It doesn’t look to of been sanded.
