The staff was extremely kind of courteous, but most importantly, they communicated and let me know every step of the way where my car was at what was happening to it when the estimated date was gonna be completed and I really appreciated that- the repairs so far looks great I haven't had a chance to really examine the vehicle but everything I've seen so far looks good.

Upon picking up my car, I noticed that their wa excess paint on my back door. When I brought it to the tech attention, he automatically denied it, but agreed to buff it off at the same time admitting to seeing extra paint on the hood and roof of car. I had just had surgery a few days prior to picking my car up, so I didn’t do a thorough inspection to the driver side, which was the opposite side of the work that was done. However, my driver side mirror was scratched up as if something has been scratched off, and there was smear on that door as well, where it had been buffed off. The fact that the excess paint on the back passenger door was being denied. I actually was satisfied with the work, but not the not taking ownership for the excess paint, which indicated that they didn’t secure the car before fixing the damage
