The workmanship was high quality but i would have appreciated better communication thru the process. Other than being asked once to intervein with the insurance company i only recieved an update after i myself stopped in to check on my vechicles progress.

They were extremely good at communicating throughout the process. Dropping the vehicle off was easy as the claim was already in the system. Gerber and USAA were on the same page. They were clear with the process made everything clear! They even washed the truck and I appreciate that! Great customer service and quality work on the repair! Would recommend them to anyone.
