I was hesitant to return to any Gerber due to a previous bad experience at the Haslett location years ago, where my vehicle didn't perform well after repairs, and was treated rudely. However, the Kalamazoo St. location exceeded my expectations in every way. From beginning to end it was first class service all around. Every person I encountered was super friendly. It shows how well everyone works well together. I will highly recommend this locations for anyone needing collision repair.

This was the fastest and the most professional place I've been to. They take care of your car and fix it so meticulously. Amy and Steph are great at following through, and helping me get an estimate. They also text you to show you the status of your car repair, which is cool. Mike--he is so knowledgeable and offers a fair price, and really professional. My car looks nice and ready to be on the road. There are different auto shops, but not a lot of places do European cars. I highly recommend this place and I am grateful for their service!

I am happy with the actual repair but your dust for sending messages is out of sync with what is actually happening. Suggested time for finishing repair was a week later and caused me distress. In reality it was ready a week earlier than inn the message.
