Gerber was incredibly fast, delivering my car back 4 days earlier than estimated. The team was professional, polite, and clearly loves working there. It's been less than a day since i've had it back, but it looks like the body and mechanical work is perfect so far. I'm very happy with their ability to produce exceptional work ahead of schedule. I'd absolutely call them again.

I should have looked at reviews before I chose this location. Now I know. I wouldn’t recommend anybody to the Boulder Highway location. Maybe another one, but definitely not that one.

The receptionist was the only person who had customer service skills. Thank you Tina, I really appreciate you. I don’t expect to be treated like they are my best friends, but making me feel like I’m an inconvenience is pretty ridiculous. Tina is the only reason this rating is not a 1.
