Got the vehicle back and it’s working. That was good. Getting a call that vehicle would be possibly ready early merry in the day on Friday was good. Getting a call and expected to pick the vehicle up within an hour… not bad but not good. Problem would be the notification that vehicle is ready to be picked up sent to progressive and car rental like we had picked up the car. Get notified by car rental it expects us to drop off rental. Problem Gerber has vehicle still. Can I pick it up on Saturday, nope close. Look it’s going to become a ramble. Next time I would recommend not informing all party’s of car being picked up when it wasn’t. Now dealing with car rental to get reimbursed for weekend crap.
