The second half of my repair experience was great. The staff was very kind and attentive to my needs as a customer. The first half felt like there was an absence of customer service. It took 8 days to get my estimate (which pushed the whole repair back more than a week) and the first time the shop contacted me to give me an update was almost 25 days after they received the car. Before those 25 days I would call once a week so that I could find out for myself an update. More communication with the customer (in my case) could have brought this experience to better light. I haven't recieved my repaired car yet but I'm sure the repair will be of quality
