Car treatment (cleanliness, tidying up, care) totally absent. Services provided was ONLY BARE MINIMUM. I am very disappointed (in the deepest sense of every word….) I really expected more from “Gerber the company”. Please forgive me if my expectations from your company is too high a bar for you. Apologies also if am messing up your company standard/s.

This was my mother's vehicle. With her being out of the country while the car was being repaired, I appreciate everyone that I (her daughter) came in contact with in her absence.
