The administrative staff, the mechanics, and the communication were all excellent. The only reason that I did not give a “10” is because of the ridiculously high price —- over $3000 for repair of small dent that did not involve replacement parts or even any scratches or scuff marks —- just a minor dent caused by my wife’s hip (she was pinned against our car by the driver of another car in a grocery parking lot).
