Everyone was polite and friendly. The issue is that there were never any proactive updates given on status. I called day of "on time" completion and was told car wasn't ready and waiting on a component delivery so next week instead. I then called the day before the new date and was told there was a seperate piece that was an issue and needed delivered so end of week. I then called end of week and was told early next week cause the piece came in late. This news would have been better if proactively told to me instead of having to call and dig around. Also the day of schedule to bring my car in ( with rental set up) it was just looked at and then I was given an appointment the week after. This was not previously mentioned and very inconvenient.
