Repair was not done properly so I had to take it back and they had to order the correct part. Evidently they did not look at the vehicle after completing. Show it to the person who said it was completed and ask if it would meet their approval.

The personnel were great, welcoming. Rebecca went out of her way to do the best she could for me. The car looked great and cared for at the conclusion of repair. Costs were high with my $1000 deductible, but it was a hit and run in a parking lot and I had no recourse to pursue. I will keep Gerber for the future.
