If there was any better word than excellence I would be using it, I retired after 35 years in Administration and you should be proud of the employees you have in your office, they were very professional and with much concern that this process went smoothly for me, always very pleasant, always with an update on each step that was taking place. This was the first experience I had with any type of accident, they assisted me with my rental as well as the insurance. I also received the return of my auto very clean and a wonderful repair. These days, sorry to say a lot of businesses forget these very important factors, your employees did exceed in every department and it was truly felt by me and am sure all that you see, it so very appreciated.
