Had multiple issues. Was told several times vehicle would be done by certain date and was pushed back 4 times. Was told I would be reserved a rental vehicle, called rental location and no reservation made. Requested that custom bumper not be reinstalled. Technician agreed and stated he would just leave it in truck bed. Bumper was reinstalled with crooked cut job on front damaging new bumper. Was overcharged second deductible which should have been charged to other party as it was determined I was not at fault. Fenders do not line up. Wheel well liner not completely installed missing clips. Parts left on my dash. Called today and was told I would receive return call and was never called back. Multiple times I called to check on status of vehicle was told I would be called back and never was.
