my only suggestions would be a.] i missed not getting the email/pic updates and b.] didn't appreciate being told [and written up on the drop off] that my car was dropped off 'DIRTY'...it had just snowed 4 inches and my dropping my car off 'dirty' was not an option.

I appreciate that Gerber was able to complete my vehicle through the holidays even with time off they was able to get my vehicle done within 7 days, with maybe two days off. I appreciate all the hard work..

Gerber always does a top-notch job. I'm fanatical about keeping my car in immaculate condition. Not only was the damage repaired to perfection, but my car came back cleaner than when I dropped it off.
