New management is an improvement, but I think they put a hole in my WeatherTech floor mat. It was pretty dirty when I dropped off my car so I can't say for certain, but I'm a car guy and notice everything. They did do a nice job on the repair and vacuuming the driver and passenger footwells, with the exception of the hole. Replacement is only $100 so I'll just replace it myself and avoid the wait and possible hassle.

Smooth process from start to finish. I appreciated the updates several times a week and the accuracy and honesty knowing when my car was going to be ready. Great job, really liked the semi weekly updates on the progress of my car and that they stuck to the timeline and had my car back to me by the date they said they would. On top of that, my car was clean inside and out. Car was fully functional and no issues since getting it back. Everyone I spoke with at Gerber was friendly and polite. Great experience for what it’s worth!
