Quality of work very good but when I got it home the head rest on the driver's side passenger seat had not been put back as well as the cable for the seat release had not been connected. (I have a Lexus RX350 with the seat release handles in the back). Thus I had to return to get that taken care of along with the fiasco that I will outline below about another item not being put back in my vehicle . Whitney and Brian were both very nice, accommodating and seemingly on top of things but these to omissions were totally uncalled for and put a blemish on the service from Etscorn's.

I dropped my car during off hours. when I called next day to ask fir confirmation that you had my car, my key and everything was in order, I expected more than a curt 'yes'. a response that included a reference to my specific car would have made me feel that you really knew for sure.
