My dash cam was unplugged at pickup, so I had to have the attendant reset it and now it’s a hassle to turn it back on. Apparently, because the dash cam was on all the time for some reason, it drained my battery, and the shop attendant told me they had to jump the battery. I just had my car serviced recently, and there was no issue with the battery. Also, I was told the front bumper was going to be replaced, but I still see some knicks on the front left bumper.

My dash cam was completely turned off and now I’m having a hard time manually turning it off and on. The attendant mentioned it may have stayed on for a while and hence the battery was drowned out. I had just had my car serviced and there were no issues with the battery. I was told they had to jump the battery while it was under repair and they think it was due to the dash cam staying on. Prior to the service, the dash cam would turn on when the car was on and off when the car was off. This has been a huge inconvenience!

The employees are nice. We picked up our vehicle yesterday n so far the 3 things that they worked on seems fine. However, when we were almost home we did hear the exhaust make that same noise again but only briefly so we'll see.
