I would say I was satisfied with the repairs, but the shop had many issues through the process. Bringing in my vehicle was fast, despite no internet at the shop for them to give me an estimate that day. After that I received 3 changed pickup dates. I was told there was staffing issues because someone quit and one of my keys was lost. It was replaced but it felt like the shop was scared to contact me and waited to get my other key, prolonging the repair process. When I went to pick up my car, there were a few rivets missing around the wheels and they were still waiting on my front license plate bracket, of which I still have not been called to receive. So my front plate is resting on my dash. The service at this shop would not make me come back or recommend to anyone. Could do a lot better at communicating with customers.

My car has to be sent to another Gerber shop due to very poor workmanship. I’m still waiting to get my car back in so it can be repaired for the 4th time.

If time is not an issue, workmanship was excellent. This was our only car &delays cost us over $400 extra in rental fees over what our insurance would pay.
