Liz was excellent. She kept me informed along the way. She was always pleasant, helpful and friendly. My car was damaged while in the Gerber shop but I would still return to Gerber because of the excellent customer experience I had with Liz.

It took over a month to have the work on my car done and not ever 5 minutes after I left the parking lot I noticed the car pulling hard to the left and grinding in the front wheel well. Now I have to wait more time without a car to fix what they said was fixed the first time.
