Really appreciate Gerber working with insurance to get parts needed for the repair. Gerber began work on Monday and job was complete and ready for pickup on Friday. Staff was very informative, friendly, and responsive to texts and emails, as well as after repair care of paint. Thanks again.

My Experience

Everything was easy from the beginning. Mr. Kurtz performed the estimate, gave me information to pass along to the man who hit my cars insurance company. I was expecting the repair process to take at least 1-2 months but I was very pleasantly surprised! Within a couple weeks my car was brought in and repaired. I received my car back today and everything looks amazing so far! Mrs. Kurtz kept me updated on the entire process from start to finish and was very sweet. I would highly recommend them and God forbid I ever have anymore accidents, I will return as long as Mr. & Mrs. Kurtz are running everything in Madisonville!
