It was the customer services that I received from Sarah at Gerber. She had such a positive attitude that it growed on me. Because the Allstate Rep that was handling my case was not a friendly rep at all and she send me a couple of letters that had disgusted me plus she had smarted at me.

They did an amazing job on my Toyota Tundra. My truck looks brand new again. I was totally satisfied with their work. If I could, I would like to especially thank the guy that did the initial intake of my vehicle. He walked me through the process and treated me very nice from start to finish.

I had a great experience. They took care of my daughter’s car. They were very professional and pleasant to work with. Customer service is top tier. I was informed every step of the way of the progress via phone calls and automated text. My car was done at the time they stated it would be done. Most of all my daughter loved the results. This is her first car and she is a graduating senior. She was ecstatic to see her car looking new. Thanks Team Gerber.
