Excellent service and friendly interactions, along with superior communication. My car came back in better shape than I left it. I loved that they took the time to clean my floor mats when I picked up my car!!! Awesome job!!

It was a friendly experience. The people were nice and genuine. The parking lot was clean ang the reception area was clean With the messaging app they used, I got all the communication I needed. I even got an extra phone call on top of a text message. My whole vehicle was cleaned and washed. The bumper repair looked great. I was given an estimated day of completion, then I got an estimated time of completion. My truck was ready in 4 days and it was 4 hours ahead of schedule. Kinda hard to be critical of anything really

You do good work, but it takes too long and expensive.

The paint job is terrific, but it took way to long to accomplish the work. I wish someone would have called me about the scratches that were omitted on the right passenger door--as I would have had them repaired at the same time. I don't know auto body pricing, but it also seemed to be really expensive with what the insurance paid and I paid plus a supplemental payment of almost $1400 from the insurance.
