From the moment I stepped inside the center I was greeted warmly even though there were other people in the office and were busy. Jon did the estimate and went over with me what the work would entail and the price. He was very professional and took the time to go over the work to be done. I saw Jen who has worked with me on several others repairs. She came right over to me and was genuinely interested in how I was and what I was doing. She is the best and knows how to treat people! When I returned to drop off my car the receptionist (Her names escapes me) helped me right away to sign paperwork to have a skid plate replaced. She assured me they would call when the work was completed. A text message was sent to me keeping me informed on the progress that was nice. I was picked up at a time that was best for me. The young man was very friendly. The car looks great too. Gerber Collision & Glass employees have great customer service qualities. I have recommended friends and family to go there and I trust they will be treated very well! Thank you for giving me the opportunity to voice my wonderful experiences with the Gerber Team!
